Montana redeems all $30 million of 8% Stillwater Mining revenue bonds

Norfolk, Va., July 9 – The State of Montana redeemed all of its $30 million of its 8% series 2000 exempt facility revenue bonds issued for Stillwater Mining Co., according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds were redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 7 for a total redemption price of $30.04 million.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Stillwater is a Billings, Mont.-based producer of palladium and platinum.
