Cincinnati Bell to redeem $325 million 8¾% notes due 2018 at 104.375

San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 9 – Cincinnati Bell Inc. delivered a notice of redemption for $325 million of its 8¾% senior subordinated notes due 2018, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will redeem the notes at 104.375 on Aug. 8. It will also pay accrued interest to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Cincinnati Bell is a Cincinnati-based owner, operator and developer of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral data center properties.
