Ardagh Glass to redeem €310 million of 7 1/8% senior notes due 2017

Chicago, July 3 – Ardagh Glass Finance plc said it will redeem its €310 million of 7 1/8% senior notes due 2017.

The company will pay a redemption price of €316,505,091.67, which comprises the par amount, the redemption premium of €3,682,800 and accrued interest to the redemption date of €2,822,291.67, according to a company press release.

The redemption date for the notes will be Aug. 1, and holders must be of record as of July 31.

The Bank of New York, now known as the Bank of New York Mellon, is the trustee and principal paying agent. BNY Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd. is the registrar.

The issuer is a Dublin-based glass and metal container manufacturer.
