New York City Municipal Water calls $340.93 million water, sewer bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 30 – The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority called six series of its water and sewer system revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $6,585,000 of series 2005B bonds due June 15, 2016 through 2020, to be redeemed on Dec. 15;

• $72,655,000 of series 2007BB bonds due June 15, 2017 through 2019, to be redeemed on June 15, 2016;

• $43,085,000 of series 2008C bonds due June 15, 2016 through 2019;

• $30 million of series 2009A bonds due June 15, 2017 and 2019;

• $65,005,000 of series 2009AA bonds due June 15, 2017 through 2019; and

• $123.6 million of series 2009EE bonds due June 15, 2016 through 2018.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the escrow agent.
