Volusia County, Fla., school board defeases $122.1 million 2006A COPs

Madison, Wis., June 26 – The School Board of Volusia County, Fla., defeased $122.12 million of its series 2006A master lease program certificates of participation, according to a notice.

The refunded certificates will be redeemed on Aug. 1, 2015 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the escrow agent and trustee.
