KeyCorp Student Loan Trust to redeem all group II notes on June 24

Norfolk, Va., June 25 – KeyCorp Student Loan Trust 2001-A plans to redeem all of its group II notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed on June 24 at a total redemption price of $75,693,053.53.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
