Polymer Group to redeem $56 million 7¾% senior secured notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., June 23 – Polymer Group, Inc. said it plans to redeem $56 million of its 7¾% senior secured notes due 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest on July 23.

Wilmington Trust Co. is the trustee.

Polymer Group is a Charlotte, N.C.-based producer of engineered materials with a focus on nonwoven products.
