Arizona School Facilities Board to redeem $208.92 million 2005A COPs

Norfolk, Va., June 20 – The Arizona School Facilities Board said it plans to redeem $208.92 million of its series 2005A refunding certificates of participation, according to multiple notices.

The certificates will be redeemed on Sept. 1 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following series 2005A-1 COPs will be redeemed:

• $49.7 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2016; and

• $52,005,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2017.

The following series 2005A-2 COPs will be redeemed:

• $17,765,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $18.68 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2017; and

• $19,635,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2018.

The following series 2005A-5 COPs will be redeemed:

• $230,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2016;

• $16.15 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2017;

• $16,955,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2018; and

• $17.8 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2019.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
