Delta Air Lines calls all $130.6 million equipment notes due 2016

Norfolk, Va., June 20 – Delta Air Lines, Inc. called all $130.6 million of its equipment notes issued in connection with 72 aircraft engines dated Sept. 27, 2011, according to a notice.

The notes, which are due Sept. 27, 2016, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 27.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.

Delta is an Atlanta-based air transportation and air freight provider.
