Illinois Finance drops Southern Illinois redemption, issues new call

Norfolk, Va., June 17 – The Illinois Finance Authority revoked its call for $51,235,000 of its series 2008 variable-rate demand revenue bonds issued for Southern Illinois Healthcare Enterprises, Inc., according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due March 1, 2038, were to be redeemed on June 19.

The authority also announced that it exercised its option to call the bonds on July 1.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the bond trustee.
