Seagate plans to redeem all remaining 7¾% notes due 2018

Madison, Wis., June 9 – Seagate Technology plc wholly owned subsidiary Seagate HDD Cayman said it intends to redeem all of its remaining outstanding 7¾% senior notes due 2018.

As of June 9, the outstanding principal amount of the notes is $44,496,000.

Seagate expects to redeem the notes on July 11 at par plus 100% an applicable premium, along with accrued interest from June 15 to the redemption date.

Seagate is a data storage company based in Cupertino, Calif.
