Intermountain Power, Utah, calls $57.04 million of power supply bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 6 – The Intermountain Power Agency, Utah, called all $57,035,000 of its series 2009 subordinated power supply revenue refunding bonds, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par on July 1:
• $18,065,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016;
• $20.24 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016;
• $3,595,000 of 4.6% bonds due July 1, 2016; and
• $15,135,000 of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016.
The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
