Georgia Finance calls $103.93 million of series 2004D G.O. bonds

Norfolk, Va., June 6 – The State of Georgia Finance and Investment Commission called $103.93 million of its series 2004D general obligation bonds in full, according to a notice.
The following will be redeemed at par on July 1:
• $10.69 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2016;
• $11.28 million of 4% bonds due July 1, 2017;
• $11.9 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2018;
• $12.55 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2019;
• $13.25 million of 5% bonds due July 1, 2020;
• $13.97 million of 4.75% bonds due July 1, 2021;
• $14.74 million of 4.75% bonds due July 1, 2022; and
• $15.55 million of 4.75% bonds due July 1, 2023.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
