EnergySolutions calls all $300 million of 10¾% senior notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., May 29 - EnergySolutions, Inc. plans to redeem all $300 million of its 10¾% senior notes due 2018, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 30.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

EnergySolutions is a Salt Lake City-based nuclear commercial services company.
