CGG to redeem all $225 million 9½% notes due 2016 on June 2

Norfolk, Va., May 29 - CGG SA called all $225 million of its 9½% senior notes due May 15, 2016, according to a notice.
The notes will be redeemed at 102.375 plus accrued interest on June 2.
The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
CGG is a Paris-based company providing leading geological, geophysical and reservoir capabilities to its broad base of customers primarily from the global oil and gas industry.
