Singapore's Yanlord to redeem all $300 million 9½% notes on June 12

Madison, Wis., May 13 - Yanlord Land Group Ltd. gave notice that it plans to redeem all of its $300 million outstanding 9½% senior notes due 2017.

The notes will be redeemed on June 12 at 104.75 plus accrued interest to the redemption date. The amount of accrued interest will be about $10.03 per $1,000 of notes, which makes the redemption price equal to $1,057.53 per $1,000 of notes. The total redemption price for all of the notes will be about $317.26 million.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the trustee.

Yanlord is a Singapore-based property developer.
