Interactive Data completes redemption of all $700 million 10¼% notes

Norfolk, Va., May 7 - Interactive Data Corp. bought back all $700 million of its 10¼% senior notes due Aug. 1, 2018, according to a notice.

The notes were redeemed at 107.3626554 on May 7.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.

Interactive Data is a Bedford, Mass.-based provider of financial market data.
