LLC, Raymond James & Associates Inc. and Jefferies LLC; up to $115 million of its class A common shares registered concurrently, which may be issuable to preferred holders after March 31, 2018; $25.00 liquidation preference may be increased by a Home Price Appreciation Amount through March 31, 2021; convertible at the option of the company beginning March 31, 2018; change-of-control conversion; listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol AMHPC; proceeds to pay down debt and to invest in additional properties; Agoura Hills, Calif.-based real estate investment trust.
