Tekni-Plex calls $48.5 million of 9¾% senior secured notes due 2019

Norfolk, Va., April 21 - Tekni-Plex, Inc. called $48.5 million of its 9¾% senior secured notes due June 1, 2019, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest on May 28.

The redemption is conditioned on the company's ability to secure financing.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee and collateral agent.

Tekni-Plex is a King of Prussia, Pa.-based manufacturer of packaging products primarily serving the health-care, food and consumer industries.
