Bank of Montreal calls C$275 million of series 21 preferreds in full

Norfolk, Va., April 16 - Bank of Montreal plans to redeem all C$275 million of its series 21 noncumulative five-year rate reset class B preferred shares, according to a notice.

The preferreds will be redeemed at C$25.00 per share plus dividends on May 25.

Separately from the payment of the redemption price, the final quarterly dividend of C$0.40625 per share for the preferreds will be paid in the usual manner on May 26 to shareholders of record on May 1.
