CRC Health to redeem $177.3 million 10¾% notes due 2016 on April 28

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 31 - CRC Health Corp. issued a call to redeem its $177,296,000 of 10¾% senior subordinated notes due Feb. 1, 2016, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date, which is April 28.

U.S. Bank NA is trustee or agent.

CRC is a Cupertino, Calif.-based operator of addiction recovery centers.
