Jarden to redeem $275 million of 7½% senior subordinated notes in full

Norfolk, Va., March 20 - Jarden Corp. called all $275 million of its 7½% senior subordinated notes due 2020, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 108.814 plus accrued interest on April 18.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Jarden is a Rye, N.Y.-based consumer products company.
