Niska Gas to redeem $643.79 million 8 7/8% notes at 104.438 March 17

Norfolk, Va., March 7 - Niska Gas Storage U.S. LLC and Niska Gas Storage Canada ULC called all $643.79 million of their 8 7/8% senior notes due March 15, 2018, according a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.438 on March 17.

As previously reported, the company plans to fund the redemption with the proceeds from a new notes offering.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.

Houston-based Niska is an independent owner and operator of natural gas storage.
