Parker Drilling calls remainder of 9 1/8% senior notes due 2018

Norfolk, Va., March 6 - Parker Drilling Co. called the remaining amount outstanding under its original $425 million of 9 1/8% senior notes due 2018, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 104.563 plus accrued interest on April 1.

As previously reported, the company accepted for purchase $416,199,000 principal amount, or 97.9%, of the outstanding notes.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Parker Drilling is a Houston-based provider of contract drilling and drilling-related services.
