B Communications to redeem all NIS 203 million of series A debentures

Norfolk, Va., March 6 - B Communications Ltd. announced plans to redeem all of its outstanding series A debentures for a total of NIS 203 million ($58 million), according to the company's 2013 financial results report.

The debentures will be redeemed on March 17.

B Communications is a Ramat Gan, Israel-based telecommunications-oriented holding company.
