YPF begins exchange offer for $100 million 10% series C notes due 2028

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, March 4 - YPF SA said it began an offer to exchange its $100 million outstanding 10% series C medium-term notes due 2028 for new 8 7/8% senior notes due 2028.

The exchange offer will end at 5 p.m. ET on April 1, with settlement set for three days later.

Holders who tender their notes in the exchange offer will receive an amount of new notes that will have the same terms as the company's $500 million 8 7/8% senior notes due 2018 issued on Dec. 19, 2013, according to a company press release.

Interest on the new notes will accrue from Dec. 19, 2013.

U.S. Bank NA is the exchange agent. Those with questions about the exchange offer may contact YPF's investor relations at +54 11-5441-1215.

YPF is a petroleum and natural gas company based in Buenos Aires.
