Prestige changes amount of 8¼% notes to be redeemed, redemption price

Minneapolis, Jan. 15 - Prestige Brands, Inc. revised the redemption of its 8¼% senior notes due April 1, 2018, according to a notice.

The company will redeem $48.29 million of the notes at 104.125 plus accrued interest on Jan. 16.

Previously, the redemption was set for $51.71 million at par.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Prestige is a Tarrytown, N.Y.-based marketer and distributor of brand name over-the-counter and household products.
