Coca-Cola to redeem all 5%, 7.375%, 4.25% notes via floater offering

Minneapolis, Feb. 28 - Coca-Cola Co. plans to discharge and redeem all of its outstanding 5% notes due 2013, 7.375% notes due 2014 and 4.25% notes due 2015 with the proceeds of a new note offering, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company also will use proceeds to pay related fees and expenses, including redemption premiums, and for general corporate purposes.

Coca-Cola is a beverage manufacturer and distributor based in Atlanta.
