Neuberger Berman Real Estate to redeem all auction market preferreds

Tacoma, Wash., May 24 - Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund Inc. plans to redeem its outstanding auction market preferred shares, according to a fund news release.
The fund currently has 57 auction market preferreds outstanding and will redeem all of them at a price equal to the per share liquidation preference of $25,000 for a total of $1,425,000. It will also pay any accumulated dividends.
The fund expects to carry out the redemptions as follows:
• $50,000 of series A preferreds on June 8;
• $175,000 of series B preferreds on June 11;
• $100,000 of series C preferreds on June 12;
• $250,000 of series D preferreds on June 12;
• $125,000 of series E preferreds on June 6;
• $375,000 of series F preferreds on June 7;
• $100,000 of series G preferreds on June 18, and
• $250,000 of series H preferreds on June 6.
