TERA SOFTWARE LTD.: Up to Rs. 500 million non-convertible debentures with detachable warrants; information technology company based in Hyderabad, India.

UKRAINE: Up to $2.5 billion in bonds; JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, VTB.

EMPRESA DISTRIBUIDORA DE ELECTRICIDAD DE SALTA SA (EDESA): Possible notes; Itau BBA, Standard Bank; roadshow Feb. 2-8; power company based in Salta Province of Argentina.

EURASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK: Possible notes; JPMorgan, VTB Capital; roadshow Feb. 6-8; financial organization based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

EXPORT-IMPORT BANK OF KOREA: Swiss franc notes; Credit Suisse, UBS; lender based in Seoul, South Korea.

ULTRAPAR HOLDINGS INC.: R$800 million three-year debentures; non-convertible, callable at any time; subject to redemption at 0.3% of par; Banco Bradesco BBI SA, Banco Bradesco SA; proceeds will be used for partial redemption of Ultrapar's third issuance of debentures due December 2012; petrochemicals company based in Sao Paulo.

BOLIVIA: Up to $500 million notes; Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs; proceeds to boost industrial production, including production of lithium for batteries in electronic devices.

CHINA TIANRUI GROUP CEMENT CO. LTD.: Senior notes; Deutsche Bank; Ruzhou City, China-based clinker and cement producer; roadshow began April 19 with stops in Asia, Europe and United States.

JAMAICA (B3/B-/B-): Possible deal; meetings with fixed-income investors began April 25; Citigroup, BNP.

GLOBAL BANK (Baa3/BBB-): $200 million five-year covered bond; roadshow ends April 30; Panama City-based bank.

CHINA ZHENGTONG AUTO SERVICES HOLDINGS LTD.: Possible notes offering (Ba3/BB-); JPMorgan, CCB International; proceeds to repay debt and for general corporate purposes; Beijing-based automotive sales and services company.

CHINA OILFIELD SERVICES LTD.: Bond issue of up to $1 billion; proceeds for general corporate purposes; Beijing-based company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas operations.

SLOVAK REPUBLIC (A2/A/A+): Possible dollar-denominated deal; Rule 144A and Regulation S; Barclays, Citigroup, JP Morgan; roadshow begins April 30.

YANZHOU COAL MINING (YANCOAL) (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-): Dollar-denominated bonds (inaugural issue); Rule 144A and Regulation S; global roadshow begins May 2 with stops in Asia, Europe and U.S.

GEORGIAN OIL AND GAS CORP. (/B/BB-): Possible offering; JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs; investor meetings begin May 2 in London; Tbilisi, Georgia-based company focused on exploration, production, transportation and sale of oil and gas resources.

BAOXIN AUTO GROUP LTD.: Dollar-denominated senior notes; Morgan Stanley, UBS; proceeds will be used to repay debt, for expansion and for general corporate purposes; automotive dealership based in Shanghai.

AJECORP: Possible transaction; Rule 144A, Regulation S; Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, Rabobank, Interbank; Peruvian beverage company based in Puebla, Mexico; roadshow April 3-8, will stop in South America, North America and Europe.

CHAOWEI POWER HOLDINGS: Renminbi-denominated bonds; Nomura International plc; plans to use proceeds for expansion of production capabilities; Changcing County, Zhejiang Province, China-based motive battery manufacturer operating in electric bike market in China.

CEAGRO AGRICOLA LTDA.: Bonds; importer and exporter of grains and other agricultural products, based in Campinas, Brazil.

ISRAEL: $1 billion to $1.5 billion of notes

REPUBLIC OF SERBIA (BB/BB-): Possible capital markets transaction; investor meetings March 12-14 in Vienna, Frankfurt, Munich, Milan, Amsterdam and London; Raiffeisen Bank International.

REPUBLIC OF LEBANON: $2 billion bonds in 2012; Deutsche Bank, Fransa Bank, Standard Chartered.

BANK OF CEYLON: $500 million notes; Sri Lanka-based lender.

ENERGA: €1 billion bonds; energy company based in Gdansk, Poland.

SINGER THAILAND PCL: Up to 750 million baht senior debentures (BBB); tenor of five years or less; Bangkok-based distributor of sewing machines and electrical household appliances.

PROPERTY PERFECT PCL: Up to 4 billion baht debentures; maturities of five years or less; subject to shareholders' approval at general meeting on April 27; proceeds to be used for working capital, acquisitions, debt repayment; Bangkok-based property developer.

LALIN PROPERTY PCL: Up to 2 billion baht debentures; maturities of 10 years or less; Bangkok-based property developer.

FAR EASTERN NEW CENTURY CO. LTD.: Up to NT$12 billion of corporate bonds; will be issued at par; maturity up to five years; proceeds to repay short-term bank loans and strengthen company's financial structure; Taipei, Taiwan-based textile company.

ASYA KATILIM BANKASI AS: $300 million five-year notes; lender based in Istanbul, Turkey.
