CHINA RESOURCES GAS GROUP LTD.: Possible offering of one or more series of dollar-denominated notes; Citigroup, DBS, HSBC, JPMorgan; roadshow begins March 22; Rule 144A, Regulation S; issued under company's $1.5 billion global medium-term note programs; Hong Kong-based liquefied gas company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes.

FAR EASTERN NEW CENTURY CO. LTD.: Up to NT$12 billion of corporate bonds; will be issued at par; maturity up to five years; proceeds to repay short-term bank loans and strengthen company's financial structure; Taipei, Taiwan-based textile company.
