Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi calls $500 million of subsidiary's notes

Minneapolis, March 22 - The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, BTMU (Curacao) Holdings NV, will redeem all $500 million of its subordinated callable floating-rate notes, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on April 19 at par plus accrued interest.

The financial services company is based in Tokyo.
