Bank of America redeems $1.5 million notes tied to Google, JPMorgan

Madison, Wis., March 8 - Bank of America Corp. gave notice that it redeemed in full its $1.5 million of outstanding autocallable notes due Dec. 9, 2013 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Google, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes (Cusip: 06051P323) were redeemed on March 8 at par of $10 plus a contingent coupon of $0.525.
