East Bay Municipal Utility, Calif., 2011A wastewater system bonds have mandatory tender

Kansas City, Kan., Dec. 21 - East Bay Municipal Utility District said that its series 2011A wastewater system revenue refunding bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Feb. 1 at par.
The mandatory tender will be triggered by conversion of the bonds' current Sifma-based term interest rate to a new Sifma-based term interest rate, effective Feb. 1.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
The Oakland, Calif.-based public water agency serves Alameda County and part of Contra Costa County in California.
