Moog plans redemption of all $200 million of 6¼% notes due 2015

Minneapolis, Dec. 12 - Moog Inc. plans to redeem all $200 million of its 6¼% due 2015, according to a press release.
The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 15.
The company said it will draw from its U.S. revolving credit facility to fund the redemption.
The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
Moog is an East Aurora, N.Y.-based designer, manufacturer and integrator of precision control components and systems.
