R.E.A. Holdings takes in $19.01 million notes for exchange in offer

Chicago, Nov. 19 - R.E.A. Holdings plc said it accepted $19,011,003 notes for exchange in the offer to issue up to $50 million of 7½% dollar notes 2017.

The company placed $12,976,000 nominal of new dollar notes, and R.E.A Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, subscribed for $2,024,000 of new dollar notes, according to a press release.

The issue, which was conditioned on the listing, was admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange.

REA said that $34,011,003 new dollar notes have been issued at par.

London-based R.E.A. Holdings' principal activities are the cultivation of oil palms and the production of crude palm oil in the Indonesian province of East Kalimantan.
