Catalent redeems $304.1 million notes after $45.9 million tendered

New York, Nov. 13 - Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc. said it redeemed $304.1 million of its 9½%/10¼% senior PIK-election notes due 2015 on Nov. 1.

The company paid $311.4 million plus accrued interest, according to a 10-Q filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Catalent had previously purchased $45.9 million of the toggle notes in a tender offer that settled on Sept. 18.

In the tender offer, the company had been offering to buy up to $350 million of the $619,133,490 of notes outstanding. The tender cap was increased from $250 million.

Catalent is a Somerset, N.J.-based provider of technologies and services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and health-care companies.
