Brigham Exploration redeems $405 million of its 2018 and 2019 notes

Minneapolis, Dec. 7 - Brigham Exploration Co. announced that it redeemed $105 million of its 2018 notes, $105 million of its 2019 notes tranche A and $195 million of its 2019 notes tranche B, according to a company release.

The 2018 notes were redeemed at 108.75, the 2019 tranche A notes were redeemed at 106.875 and the 2019 tranche B notes were redeemed at 110.

All the redemption were subject to completion of an equity offering, a condition fulfilled when Statoil ASA acquired Brigham.

Brigham is an oil and gas exploration, development and production company based in Austin, Texas.
