Central Utah Water Conservancy defeases $38.87 million G.O. bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 15 - The Central Utah Water Conservancy District announced that it has defeased $38.87 million of its general obligation (limited tax) refunding bonds, series 2004A.
The bonds, which are due 2015 to 2022 at 3.65% to 5%, will be redeemed on April 1, 2014.
Zions First National Bank is the escrow agent.
The district is based in Orem, Utah.
