Hoover City Board of Education, Ala., calls $65.81 million warrants

Cleveland, Jan. 31 - The Hoover City Board of Education in Alabama announced that it will redeem its $65.81 million of 5.25% series 2001 capital outlay tax anticipation warrants.
The warrants are due Feb. 15, 2012 to 2019 and 2022 and 2026.
The warrants will be redeemed on Feb. 15 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.
