Wayne County, Mich., authority calls $500.5 million Detroit airport revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., Dec. 20 - The Wayne County Airport Authority of Michigan said it will redeem $500.495 million of its outstanding Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport revenue bonds, series 1998A, on Jan. 18.
The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
To be redeemed are the following bonds:
• $1.445 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2011;
• $22.32 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2011;
• $775,000 of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;
• $24.27 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;
• $2.645 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;
• $23.745 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;
• $130,000 of 5.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;
• $27.68 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;
• $1.165 million of 5.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;
• $28.16 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;
• $940,000 of 5.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;
• $30.005 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;
• $520,000 of 5.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;
• $32.13 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;
• $34.43 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018; and
• $270.135 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2028.
