Fannie Mae to redeem $959.58 million medium-term notes at par

Cleveland, Dec. 3 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem $959.579 million of its medium-term notes.

Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are the following securities:

• $15 million of 5.05% notes due June 13, 2018, to be redeemed Dec. 13;

• $50 million of 0.5% notes due Sept. 13, 2013, to be redeemed Dec. 13;

• $6.793 million of 5.125% notes due Dec. 14, 2022, to be redeemed Dec. 14;

• $75 million of 1% notes June 14, 2013, to be redeemed Dec. 14;

• $75 million of 1% notes due June 14, 2013, to be redeemed Dec. 14;

• $35 million of 2% notes due Dec. 15, 2014, to be redeemed Dec. 15;

• $25 million of 2.375% notes due Dec. 15, 2014, to be redeemed Dec. 15;

• $102.786 million of 1.5% notes due June 15, 2015, to be redeemed Dec. 15;

• $375 million of 2% notes due June 15, 2020, to be redeemed Dec. 15;

• $100 million of 3% notes due Dec. 15, 2015, to be redeemed Dec. 15;

• $50 million of 3.05% notes due June 15, 2020, to be redeemed Dec. 15; and

• $50 million of 2% notes due June 15, 2020, to be redeemed Dec. 15.
