Massachusetts Health authority calls $113.56 million of seven series of variable-rate revenue bonds

Chicago, July 20 - Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority said it called $113,555,000 of seven series of variable-rate pool M demand revenue bonds for conditional redemption on Aug. 3.

The authority will redeem $5,815,000 of its $7,320,000 series M-1 bonds, $13,340,000 of $14,025,000 series M-1A bonds, $24,400,000 of its $24,400,000 series M-3A bonds, $27,175,000 of its $28,570,000 series M-3B bonds, $16,895,000 of its $16,895,000 series M-3C bonds, $22,010,000 of its $22,010,000 series M-3D bonds and $3,920,000 of its $3,920,000 series M-5A bonds.

The redemption price is par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The bonds are being called for redemption on the condition of deposit of redemption funds with People's United Bank, the trustee, on Aug. 3.
