Altice talks €250 million 10-year notes at 9%-9¼%; pricing Friday

Virginia Beach, Va., June 14 - Altice Group has set talk for its planned €250 million senior notes due 2023 (expected ratings B3/B-) to yield 9% to 9¼%, according to a market source.

Books close at 10 a.m. ET on Friday, with pricing expected thereafter.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the global coordinator and will bill and deliver. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the global coordinator.

Credit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and fund acquisitions.

Luxembourg-based Altice operates Hot Mobile, a wireless telecommunications company in Israel, and Israeli cable television company Hot.
