Polytama extends tender

New York, Dec. 5 - Polytama International Finance BV and PT Polytama Propindo said they have extended the tender offer for Polytama International's 8% guaranteed secured notes due 2017 and 6% guaranteed secured exchangeable notes due 2012 to 5 p.m. ET Dec. 19.

As of Dec. 4, $53.114 million of the 8% notes and $17.708 million of the 6% notes had been tendered, the company said.

The Jakarta, Indonesia-based company began the offer on Nov. 3.
