Filtronic calls $16 million 10% notes

New York, Oct. 30 - Filtronic plc said it will redeem $16.033 million of its 10% senior notes due 2005 on Dec. 1.

The Shipley, West Yorkshire, U.K.- based microwave subsystems company will pay 102.5% of the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Redemptions will be made on a pro rata basis, Filtronic said.
