SBA Communications buys back $45 million 12% notes
New York, Aug. 11 - SBA Communications Corp. said it bought back $45 million of its 12% senior discount notes, $25 million of them during the second quarter and $20 million since the quarter ended.
The Boca Raton, Fla. communications tower operator said it paid $45 million in cash, or approximately par, plus accrued interest for the securities.
SBA bought the notes in the open market.
