Granite Broadcasting receives tenders of virtually all 8 7/8% notes
New York, Dec. 22 - Granite Broadcasting Corp. said holders of $62.564 million of its 8 7/8% senior subordinated notes due 2008 or 99.998% of the amount outstanding have tendered their securities and delivered consents.
As a result, the New York broadcasting company has amended the indenture.
The tender continues until 5 p.m. ET Jan. 8.
