S&P may downgrade Altegrity

Standard & Poor's said it placed Altegrity Inc.'s B corporate credit rating on CreditWatch with negative implications.

The agency said it could lower the ratings if it believes the company cannot comply with its financial covenants during 2010 or if liquidity declines below expectations.

S&P said it has concerns that the company may not be able to comply with its financial covenants during 2010 due to potentially weaker-than-expected operating performance.
