New Issue: Goldman prices $12.06 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 2% initial rate

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 19 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $12.06 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Aug. 18, 2031, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 2% initially, stepping up to 2.5% on Aug. 18, 2027 and to 3.25% on Aug. 18, 2030. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning Aug. 18, 2023.
